Password Reset Instructions

If you are a customer who had an existing account on the old Santa’s Wholesale Supply website, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. We have retained the user accounts from the old website and added your account to the new website. We are asking everyone with an existing account to change their password.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Visit the “Request new password” page (STEP 5)
2. On the password page, enter either your username or the email address that is associated with your Santa’s Wholesale Supplies on-line account
3. Enter the security code (CAPTCHA number)
4. Press the “E-mail new password” button

An email will be sent to the email address associated with your Santa’s Wholesale Supply account. When you receive the email, click on the special link in the email. This link is ONLY VALID for 24-hours. Use this link to reset your password.
